Update app icon to official Nextcloud Notes icon
- Downloaded official Nextcloud Notes favicon
- Generated all required icon sizes for Tauri (macOS, Windows, Store)
- Replaced placeholder icons with branded Nextcloud Notes icon
- Icon sizes: 32x32, 128x128, 256x256, .icns, .ico, and Windows Store logos
